BizManage is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We keep it plain - no legal jargon designed to confuse.

Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

When you purchase BizManage or contact us, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and GST/PAN details where applicable for invoicing purposes.

Information your business enters into the software

BizManage stores data you enter including product catalogs, inventory records, customer information, employee details, and invoice records. This data belongs entirely to you and is never accessed by us except to provide technical support when explicitly requested.

Usage and technical data

We may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, IP address, and pages visited on our website for analytics and security purposes. We do not track usage inside the BizManage application itself.

How We Use Your Information

To deliver and support the product

We use your contact information to deliver your license, provide onboarding assistance, and respond to support requests via email or WhatsApp.

To process payments

Payment and billing information is processed securely through our payment gateway partners. We do not store your full card or UPI details on our servers.

To communicate with you

We may send you important product updates, security notices, or support follow-ups. We do not send marketing emails without your consent and you may opt out at any time.

Data Storage & Security

Where your data is stored

BizManage is a locally installed or self-hosted application. Your business data - products, inventory, invoices, customers - is stored on your own infrastructure or the server you configure. We do not have access to this data in normal operation.

Security measures

We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted communications (HTTPS), secure credential storage, and regular security reviews. However, no system is perfectly secure and we encourage you to maintain regular backups.

Data retention

Contact and purchase information is retained for as long as your license is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your data

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your business data to third parties. Your data is not used for advertising purposes.

Service providers

We work with a limited number of trusted service providers (payment processors, email delivery) who access only the minimum information needed to perform their function, under strict confidentiality obligations.

Legal requirements

We may disclose information if required by Indian law, court order, or government authority. We will notify you where legally permitted to do so.

Your Rights

Access and correction

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections if it is inaccurate.

Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data from our records. Note that we may retain certain information as required by Indian accounting and tax regulations.
