When You Are Eligible for a Refund
We offer a refund within 7 days of purchase if any of the following apply:
- The software was not delivered within the committed timeframe and we failed to resolve it.
- A critical feature that was explicitly promised to you in writing before purchase does not exist or does not work as described.
- A technical defect prevents the core functionality of the software from operating and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
- Accidental duplicate payment was made for the same license.
When Refunds Are Not Applicable
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after purchase and the software was delivered and working as described.
- The request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The software was used to manage active business operations and you are now requesting a refund.
- Issues arise from your own infrastructure, hardware failures, or system configurations that do not meet requirements.
- You purchased without taking the free demo and the product does not match your expectations for features we never claimed to have.
- The license was terminated due to breach of our Terms of Service (e.g. unauthorized redistribution).
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date:
We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank processing times.
