Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, installing, or using BizManage ERP software ('the Software'), you ('the Customer') agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and BizManage ('we', 'us', 'our').
License Grant
What you receive
Upon full payment of the one-time license fee of ₹25,000, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use BizManage ERP for your own internal business purposes.
Scope of use
The license permits use by you and your employees within your business operations. You may install the software on your own infrastructure. The license covers one business entity unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or provide the Software as a service to third parties without our explicit written consent. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software.
Payment Terms
One-time payment
BizManage is offered as a one-time lifetime purchase. The current price is ₹25,000 inclusive of all applicable taxes. Payment is due in full before the license is activated and software is delivered.
No recurring fees
There are no monthly or annual subscription fees. Updates and bug fixes are included with your lifetime license at no additional cost. Major version upgrades, if any, will be communicated in advance with clear pricing.
Payment methods
We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), and other payment methods as communicated during purchase. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Delivery & Onboarding
Software delivery
Upon confirmed payment, we will deliver the software license and installation files within 1 business day via email or direct communication. We will schedule a free onboarding session to assist with setup and configuration.
System requirements
You are responsible for ensuring your infrastructure meets the minimum system requirements communicated at the time of purchase. We are not liable for issues arising from incompatible hardware or operating systems.
Support & Updates
Support included
Your lifetime license includes ongoing technical support via WhatsApp and email. We aim to respond to all support requests within 1 business day. Support covers bug fixes, usage questions, and configuration assistance.
Updates
Bug fixes, performance improvements, and feature updates are provided at no additional charge. We will notify you of significant updates via email. You are responsible for applying updates to your installation.
What support does not cover
Support does not cover custom development, third-party integrations not built into the Software, issues arising from modifications made by you or third parties, or data recovery from hardware failures.
Data & Privacy
Your data belongs to you
All business data you enter into BizManage - products, customers, inventory, invoices - is entirely yours. We do not access, use, or monetize your business data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
Backups
You are responsible for maintaining regular backups of your data. We strongly recommend daily backups. We are not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, accidental deletion, or other causes outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
BizManage is provided 'as is'. While we work hard to ensure reliability and accuracy, we do not guarantee the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license (₹25,000). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business, profits, or data.
GST & Compliance
BizManage is designed to support GST compliance for Indian businesses. However, tax laws change and you remain responsible for verifying that your use of the Software meets current regulatory requirements. BizManage does not provide legal or tax advice. Consult a qualified CA for tax-related guidance.
Termination
By you
You may stop using BizManage at any time. Your license remains valid indefinitely - there is nothing to 'cancel' as there is no subscription.
By us
We reserve the right to terminate your license in cases of material breach of these terms, including unauthorized distribution or reverse engineering of the Software. In such cases, refunds are not applicable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We will always attempt to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to legal action.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Software after the effective date constitutes acceptance. These Terms were last updated in March 2025.
